Aloha to All,

There is a 100% natural approach to reducing a number of symptoms and
problems in the lungs such as Asthma, COPD and Emphysema. If the
approach you are currently using is not helping then you may be
interested in trying this.

It is called the Buteyko Breathing Method. I learned it 7 years ago
to resolve moderate to severe Asthma that the drugs were struggling to
manage. As a result in two weeks I had stopped all symptoms and was
off the drugs shortly thereafter. These results are a bit faster than
for most folks. Clinical studies have found Asthma symptoms reduce
50% in two weeks. In 6 weeks most all participants (roughly 94%
efficacy) reduced Asthma Symptoms to 95%. They also stopped taking
all preventer med's such as Albuterol and reduced long term med's such
as inhaled steroids by 50%. It is approved in England for use by
Doctors.
